This year, I developed a webinar on modern legal writing (aka writing in plain English). It is quite the hit. The webinar focuses on what writing in plain English means with plenty of legal examples. It also covers how to form new habits and exactly how to put the principals discussed in place. It draws from my experience as an attorney and the hundreds (perhaps thousands) of documents I have helped legal professional automate and format over the years as a consultant.
